Bradley Roofner, Co-Owner & Managing Partner

Bradley is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin with degrees in finance and business honors as well as additional studies in accounting. Bradley has the primary responsibility for managing the company’s finances, including financial planning, management of financial risks, record keeping, and financial reporting. He oversees the company’s revenue management, credit department, and banking relationships.

Kade Thomas, Co-Owner & Managing Partner

Kade is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin with degrees in finance and business honors as well as additional studies in marketing and accounting. Kade oversees several operations at WLE, including estimating, design, pre-project planning, and sales. His extensive background in the landscaping industry and fluency in Spanish make him formidable on and off the job site. His business acumen and entrepreneurial experience running his own business allows Kade to be an asset on every decision at WLE. Kade prides himself on going above and beyond to serve the needs of our customers, and instills this culture in the entire team.  

 

Logan Brown, Co-Owner & Managing Partner

Logan is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin with a degree in humanities and additional studies in computer science. Logan helps scale the operations at WLE through systems and smart growth. His background as an entrepreneur allows him to creatively improve the operations at WLE, resulting in an ever-improving product for our customers. Logan helps manage our expanding team by acquiring and growing the best talent at WLE.



Construction

Nick Gage, VP of Landscape Construction

Nick brings an extensive background in landscape architecture, construction and maintenance to the WLE team. Nick is a graduate of Texas Tech University with a degree in Landscape Architecture and is also a Certified Urban Planner. Nick has worked on numerous projects throughout the United States and Internationally over the past three decades. Nick provides leadership and expert advice that is required to execute well on all the major projects that WLE services.

Jorge Granados, VP of Hardscape

Jorge previously ran his own hardscape and masonry company, having trained under his father from a very early age. Jorge and his team of technical concrete, masonry, and carpentry crews have constructed some of the most impressive hardscape projects throughout all of central Texas, including entry features, bridges, decorative concrete sidewalks, headwalls, rooftop decks and stone caps. Jorge has trained his teams to be extremely efficient and detail oriented to create impressionable, lasting hardscape features that catch the eye of everyone who steps foot on a WLE property.

Arthur Cochran, Head of Project Management

Arty has three decades of experience in commercial landscape/irrigation installation projects following his service in the military. Arty oversees the WLE project management experience, ensuring that project managers are adhering to the WLE project management process. Arty has worked on a variety of projects including Resorts, Communities, Large Office Complexes, and even blocks of Custom Homes, building a deep understanding of all clients’ needs. This depth of experience allows Arty to cater our project management experience to the specific client’s needs.

 

John Gilbert, Construction Project Manager

Austin Taylor, Construction Project Manager

Austin brings a unique perspective to project management from his vast experiences domestic and abroad. He is fluent in Italian, having lived in Italy for several years and has been in landscaping for almost a decade. He enjoys intricate projects and is a problem solver for all our customers. He lives with his wife in Dripping Springs, TX. 

 

Jeff Hoy, Construction Project Manager

Jeff is a graduate from Texas A&M University with a degree in Agribusiness Management with honors. His background in civil construction adds value and experience to the team. He takes great pride in his projects and enjoys serving the Austin area.

Jonathan Ramirez, Superintendent

Jonathan manages our production home relationships, servicing areas in San Marcos, Dripping Springs, Lakeway and beyond. Jonathan’s diverse experience in residential and commercial landscaping helps our team to ensure we maintain the quality of our product. Jonathan is responsive and solutions-oriented, always finding was to make the intent of a project come to life.

Mauricio Solano, Superintendent

Mauricio has overseen the installation of many of our master planned community projects in New Braunfels, San Marcos, and Northern San Antonio. He has fifteen years experience working directly with on-site owner’s representatives and landscape architects to ensure the design objective of the project is being constructed. 

 

Adriana Gallivan, Head of Project Coordination

Adriana leads the project coordination department and planning efforts to ensure a smooth transition from sales to pre-project planning to the turnover of a project. Her background in full cycle project development and customer relationship management bridges the gap between a successful project and a strong focus on customer service. Adriana's focus is on fostering an excellent culture of service and helping WLE deliver that to each customer and project.

Landscape Maintenance

 

Johnny McDonnell, VP of Landscape Maintenance

Johnny directs the fulfillment of all the landscape maintenance contracts at WLE. He serves as a steward of our customer experience and long-term relationships. Johnny has an ownership mindset and doesn't sleep until all our properties look immaculate. He constantly strives to create systems and processes that increase our standard of service to the next level for all clients.



Mike Clark, Head of Irrigation Maintenance

Mike oversees the completion of irrigation system inspections and irrigation inspection reporting distribution for WLE’s maintenance customers. Mike serves as the liaison between Account Managers and Property Managers for all of their irrigation maintenance and improvement needs. Mike is a licensed irrigation (LI 16489) and proudly leads WLE’s Irrigation Technician Training Program (ITTP) that offers the opportunity for employees to learn a technical irrigation experience, acquire an irrigation license, and become a Licensed Irrigation Technician, which has benefited many long-standing WLE employees.

Chris Calvisi, Maintenance Account Manager

Chris is responsible for the account management of several WLE properties. Chris has an extensive background in landscape and irrigation system maintenance, allowing him to be proactive in providing service opportunities to our partners. Chris is attentive and treats the properties he represents as his own.

 

Bri Plumlee, Account Manager

Bri is a proud native Texan, graduate of Texas State University, and skilled customer service manager. Bri brings over 15 years of landscape expertise in both commercial landscape construction and maintenance. Bri maintains several certifications including: OSHA Construction Certification, American Traffic Safety Services Certifications, and Irrigation Design Certification. Bri is committed to providing superior customer service to all of WLE’s customers.

 

Kevin Iverson, Account Manager

Kevin manages several of WLE's high-end residential and multi-family properties. He comes to us with a decade of landscape and management experience from all over the country, allowing him to make informed recommendations to his customers. Kevin prides himself on his extensive customer service experience and his commitment to keeping his informed and resourced.

 

Domenic Battelli, Account Manager

Dom joined WLE, crossing over from Interior Landscaping, as an Account Manager. He has a tenured background of 18 years in operations management and loves to help streamline processes. His strong customer service skills keep his customer's landscape needs the top priority in his day. He helps to bring a fresh set of eyes to his properties and gets excited to showcase his design eye whenever possible.

 

Resources and Planning

 

Merrick MyCue, VP of Sales and Marketing

Merrick is a native Texan and graduate of the University of Texas at Austin with a degree in Sports Management. His background covers marketing, promotions, facility management, events, operations, capital projects and sustainability. He brings with him a wide variety of experience, having worked at the University of Texas at Austin for 16 years, most recently as an Assistant Athletic Director, responsible for the department’s capital projects. Merrick leads the company’s efforts to market and protect the WLE brand while focusing on business development for WLE. He lives with his wife and two kids in Bee Cave, Texas.

Mike Reyes, Resources & Planning Manager

Mike has stewarded relationships with HOA and property managers in Greater Austin for seven years. Mike has over 17 years of sales and marketing, team building, and sales training experience. Mike has been a longstanding member of CAI (Community Associations Institute), BOMA (Building Owners and Managers Association, and AAFAME (Austin Association of Facility & Maintenance Engineers). Mike is committed to creating sales opportunities by maintaining and developing long-term focused customer relationships.

Richard Gonzalez, Resources & Planning Manager

Richard's responsibility at WLE is to connect the resources of our company with the needs of our customers. He often serves as the caretaker between our customers and the appropriate management team member, creating solutions to complex customer needs. He is always willing to meet our customers' emergency needs and ensure that every one of them receives a consistent and premium WLE experience.

 

Estimating & Logistics

Dave Schlott, VP of Estimating & Irrigation

Dave is a 25-year veteran of the commercial landscape installation and construction industry. He is an astute Irrigation designer (LI 17088) with an aptitude for low water use integration, large site retrofitting, and rainwater collection system design and installation. Dave has spent most of the last 10 years in business and divisional development as well as implementing and streamlining estimating and production processes. Dave is a proud father of two sons, an avid golfer, and has served as a mentor with the First Tee of Greater Austin for the past six years. He also enjoys tennis, camping, going to the lake, and seeing live music anywhere in Austin.

 

Ryan Williams, Estimator and Designer

Ryan is a graduate of the University of California Los Angeles with a degree in Landscape Architecture with an additional undergraduate degree in History from Florida State University. Ryan is in charge of the end-to-end design process for all landscape, irrigation, and lighting design needs. Ryan brings a diverse perspective to design and estimating having lived in various parts of the country throughout his professional career. He lives in Wimberley with his wife and two children. 

 

Jackie Sirna, Junior Estimator

Jackie is a central Texas native with a background that entails customer and vendor relations, account management, and landscape design and estimating. Jackie serves WLE as a Junior Estimator, in charge of initial take offs, pricing, and planning for projects. She is also presently continuing her education in landscape and irrigation related studies while raising her family in Leander.

 

Jessica Gage, Purchasing Manager

Jessica’s role at WLE is to seek the best quality, service, and price that meet WLE’s rigorous standards and our customer’s expectations. Jessica's is a graduate of Penn State with a degree in Landscape Contracting and Horticulture and she has extensive experience in Estimating and Construction Management. She is results driven and initiates effective solutions while fostering relationships between the suppliers and her team internally to result in an excellent finished product.

Office & Logistics

 

Randy Raumaker, Controller

Randy is a graduate of The University of Texas with a BBA in Accounting. He has an extensive background in construction accounting, serving as controller for companies involved in the highway construction industry and the construction and property management of LIHTC (Lower Income Housing Tax Credit) apartment communities. Randy maintains WLE’s financial records and guides financial decisions by establishing, monitoring, and enforcing financial policies and procedures

 

Deborah Casas, Office Manager

Deborah manages a variety of back office operations that make our work in the field run smoothly. She manages our accounts receivable department, payroll and information resources. She is committed to helping properly equip our people in the field and is dedicated to serving our customers’ needs daily.
